Ra Ra Superstar Part One: Sets

Hey Hey,
This week we have part one of my collaboration with Ra Ra Superstar! I've split the collab into two parts: this episode will feature the matching sets and next week will be miscellaneous outfits. The ladies at Ra Ra were incredibly lovely and passionate about the store. They stock handmade creations (made from recycled fabric #loveyoumotherearth), as well as an array of vintage finds and brand name accessories. All round a super cute store with a homey retro vibe so go visit them at the store in Paddington for a fun day of endless dress-ups!

Enjoy :)))

Mad Villain

Hey there!

I have a new video on my Youtube channel YAY (there are some hectic dance moves involved)

Based on my observations many girls do not dress appropriately for winter.
Especially in clubbing situations.
It boggles my mind that it is what 7 degrees and you are wearing one of those tiny bandeau crop tops with a mini skirt in some watercolour floral pattern and heels that could kill a man, grasping your shiny clutch to your chest and your body is shivering in a way that screams 'HYPOTHERMIA'.
Please, it hurts me to see you this way.
This week's blogpost is supposed to be educational: layer up my sweet angels.

Level One:
Knee high socks are a great way to keep at least part of your legs warm while still being able to show off some skin.

Skirt from American Apparel
Shoes from ASOS

Level Two:
A cropped jumper is awesome because you can still see whatever cute bottoms you're wearing.

Level Three:
If you are a real pussy when it comes to the cold like me, level three is for you.

Note: add some tights too if you wanna!

Wavin' to ma neighbour like a good citizen.

Candy Static // Slut Shaming and Other Mishaps

This week's song was only suggested to me yesterday but I've already played it about a million times, kinda makes you want to twerk and fist pump at the same time: Attak

It really bothers me when girls call each other sluts.

Firstly: it perpetuates to men they can call girls sluts.
Secondly: it only creates division, jealousy and animosity between women.
Thirdly: why isn't there a word for boy-sluts? Well there is: it's called a bloody legend. Fuck the double standards honestly.

Connie out.

Also I have exiting news!!
Today I uploaded my first youtube video featuring My Shoe Collection!
Let me know what you think :)

This week's post is one of my usual winter daytime outfits.
I absolutely need to stay warm on my upper body so I layer it up with the jumpers and jackets, so the only angle I can work in winter is legs (wrap them in some cool stockings too if you need to!).

Part Two: Dionne

 Hey hey

This week's song: These Eyes (been listening to this non-stop, fresh talent outta Byron Bay)

Responsibilities suck: so I recently went on a lil escape to the coast.
My days consisted of waking up around noon, going shopping, and coming back to the YHA to eat crappy food and drink dank-ass goon.
It was really something special.
I've been trying all my adult life to avoid all my adult responsibilities but they're catching up to me.
Normally I would encourage everyone to keep running, as fast as you can, but I think it's time for me; for you; for everyone, to harden the fuck up.
Do that nasty paperwork/research/errand/job, cos ain't no magical fairy godmother gon do it for you.

Without more ranting, here is part two of my shoot at the park.

Part One: And Thank You Lord For Satan

This week's song is the kickass outro from the last episode of Orange Is The New Black I just watched which was so intense I'm struggling to keep it together: Bad Bad Daddy

This week I learnt:
Don't try to out-happy people.
You don't have to have more than someone to be happier.
You don't have to be better than someone to be happier.
Happiness should be subjective and be quantified only within ourselves.

Enjoy your day loves.

This week's blog post is part one of two shoots at the park.
